IDEA has developed a principle of new diagnostic methods (in the 21st century the most important detection method) metal magnetic memory. IDEA-8MM is the fruit of many years of industrial and laboratory studies based on the original IDEAP0201. This testing principle is metal magnetic memory effect caused by the stress concentration of the overload part of workpiece. And this method is of fast detecting and there’s no requirement of metal surface clearness. Via detecting the potential flaw parts of the stress concentration area, we can ensure early diagnosis and warning for more efficient and safe manufacturing.
